More recently, Sam spent three years working with multi-Michelin starred, Celebrity Chef, Gary Rhodes, on numerous strategic projects including a healthy school dining programme (working with schools across Dubai to bring better quality meals to the education sector), and being an integral part of creating the ‘Theatre By Rhodes’ cinema dining experience (a partnership between Vox Cinemas and Chef Gary Rhodes), creating the ultimate in luxury cinema dining across the GCC.
