Sam Rhodes joins Tubby & Mac as F&B Consultant!

Sam Rhodes joins Tubby and Mac (www.tubbyandmac.com). Sam has been in the food and beverage industry since 2005, attaining an extensive industry knowledge through operating in many leading restaurants, bars and clubs in the UK & the Middle East.

Most recently, Sam spent three years working with multi-Michelin starred, Celebrity Chef, Gary Rhodes, on strategic projects including a healthy school dining programme (working with schools across Dubai to bring better quality meals to the education sector), and being an integral part of creating the ‘Theatre By Rhodes’ cinema dining experience (a partnership between Vox Cinemas and Chef Gary Rhodes), creating the ultimate in luxury cinema dining across the GCC.

Sam knows food menus inside and out, specializes in ingredients innovation and loves helping clients increase their sales by giving their customers great food & drinks every time.
