Stage 1: Rather than the companies that you represent paying high costs for exhibition stands / flights / hotels etc, only to find that the people that you meet or are talking to just waste your time….the Tubby & Mac way is to agree with you in advance who the best customers are to target (if you don’t know the market, then we can easily make a full recommendation as we know all the customers). You then send samples, ideally for the initial 6 or 7 target customers. We then take the samples to those customers and get you specific feedback on what they thought. From the moment the samples arrive the turn around process on the feedback takes just 4 weeks maximum.

Once you have received the feedback, you can then decide whether you want to take your products to stage 2 , where we can help you find an appropriate distributor or concentrate on another market elsewhere.

Stage 2: Distributor nomination – if you receive strong, positive, feedback from the target customers, we can then assist you in finding the right distributor to represent you & deliver your product to them and other customers.

Stage 3: Brand representation – once a distributor is appointed, you need to ensure that your brand is being looked after as if it were by an extension of your team. This frequently doesn’t happen and products get lost amongst the distributors thousands of other stocked skus. We can help you either represent your brand in the market or identify quality personnel to do so, depending on your requirement and potential business identified. To maximise the opportunity, you need someone in this market waking up each morning saying ‘how do I sell more of MY products?’
